Refund and cancellation policy

Premium passes and single-document credits are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If Premium does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of payment from the contact page with the email you signed up with and your Razorpay payment ID. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method if you have not made heavy use of the pass, and in any case if a Premium tool did not work as described.

If a single-document credit was used but the tool did not give you a usable result, write to us and we will refund it or add the credit back.

If you were charged twice or charged without getting Premium, we refund the extra payment in full.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent within 2 working days. Razorpay and your bank usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.

Delivery

Premium is a digital service. It is switched on in your account as soon as the payment succeeds; nothing is shipped.
